How can we make our own server for [NooB]?

I have few questions about making servers
Is it possible to make our own server?
What do we need to make our own server like RS or ES?
How much does it cost?
and how fast the network should be?

It is possible to create own servers. If you want more servers you must pay more. I do not know exactly how much you have to pay but for 3 or 4 servers you should pay about 20 euro per month. How closer you get to the country where the server is established, the quicker he is.

I will pay for only one server like 7euros fine with this? Can't see those noob kids anymore
